MAGINNESS CONDEMNS TIGER KIDNAPPING SDLP Justice spokesman Alban Maginness MLA has branded those responsible for the tiger kidnapping of a mother and her two young children in Lisburn this morning as ‘the lowest of the low.’ The North Belfast Assembly Member said: “This is a particularly horrific and cowardly incident which saw a mother and her two children held against their will in their own home. “One cannot imagine the ordeal the victims went through. “People who threaten and carry out such acts against innocent and defenceless children for criminal gain are the lowest of the low. “My thoughts and prayers are with this family, who are now understandably trying to recover from this unsavoury episode and put their lives back together. “It
is extremely important that anyone with any information no matter
how small contact the police to assist them in their quest to
bring these criminal gangs to justice.” |
