MAGINNESS ON DIPLOCK COURTS ANNOUNCEMENT

Commenting on reports that the British Government will be making an announcement on Diplock Courts tomorrow SDLP justice Spokesperson Alban Maginness stated:

“If what is being reported is true then what the British Government is actually doing is pretending to abolish Diplock courts but are actual keeping them. Behind the spin that they are going they are really staying.

“The SDLP wants trial by jury for everyone and we see no reason why that cannot happen now.”
